EVENT INFORMATION

The entire event will be held at Augusta Ranch Golf Club in Mesa, AZ.

Ground Transportation:

We recommend renting a car during your stay. Though, Uber and Lyft are typically readily available.

Airports:

There are 2 airport options for travel to Mesa.

• PHX – Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (25 miles) – Most airlines have service to Phoenix Sky Harbor.

• IWA – Phoenix Mesa-Gateway Airport (8 miles) – If you prefer to fly on Allegiant this airport is a great option.

Accommodations:

Mesa is a popular destination in February. We recommend booking early!

There are plentiful hotel options in Mesa, AZ. Additionally there are Airbnb and VRBO options within 10-15 minute drive of Augusta Ranch Golf Club.

Things to Do:

Close to the venue: 

• Watch UND students try to land at the Phoenix Mesa Gateway airport pavilion. 

  • Adjacent to the pavilion is Barrio Brewing Co. Grab a bite and a beer while you’re there! 

• Superstition Springs mall for shopping

• Downtown Gilbert for bars and restaurants

• The ORIGINAL Senior Flight Instructor hang-out is Cogburns Big Wings

Further from the venue:

• Lone Butte Casino, Gila River Casino, and Casino Arizona (Although we prefer you donate your money to us than to the casinos)

• Old Town Scottsdale for bars and restaurants

• Phoenix Premium Outlets for shopping
