The Curt Kriedeman CFI Scholarship is awarded to one or more students enrolled within the John D. Odegard School of Aerospace Sciences. Recipients shall have satisfactory academic progress as defined by the UND aviation department and be on track to complete the CFI course within following three semesters. This scholarship seeks to identify those that will continuously try to be the best instructor they can be while encouraging students and other instructors around them to pursue excellence. The applicant must show a passion for aviation, be willing to invest time and effort instructing, and show a willingness to give back in whatever way possible.
In addition to the financial scholarship, the recipient will have the opportunity and resources to contact any of the Board members of the Foundation for questions, advice, or mentoring as needed. All board members of the foundation are aviation professionals with experience in the industry.

To apply, you must be currently enrolled in an aviation degree program at the University of North Dakota, have satisfactory academic progress as defined by the UND aviation department, and be on track to complete the CFI course within the following three semesters.
